Fraternity Suits is a made to measure suiting experience. We make your suit just for you, based on your unique body measurements, choice of fabric and style customizations. We want every man to experience what a truly custom, made to measure, suit feels like. We want you to feel as good as we did the first time we put on our custom suit. That’s why we have a FIT GUARANTEE, so that if your suit doesn’t fit we want to take care of you. Sometimes things don’t go as expected, we’re here to make sure they do. If for any reason you’re concerned about your suit’s fit, quality or construction we want you to contact us within 7 days of receiving your suit.

Alterations can sometimes be necessary to achieve the perfect fit for you. If your garments need a few adjustments to get them fitting perfectly, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your garments. Fraternity Suits will provide reimbursement credit for local tailoring. You will need to print and fill out our alteration form so that we can ensure your next suit is perfect from the start.
Please note, that we do not offer returns or refunds since all of our garments are made to order. Especially since your body measurements and style customizations are unique to you, no one else. If you have any issues with the fit, quality or construction of your garments we want to hear from you so that we can help get you the perfect suit. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’re sorry that your experience hasn’t been perfect. We’re committed to making sure you get the perfect fitting suit. If your garment requires alterations (fit adjustments), we will take care of your alterations with a local tailor of your choice.

We cover up to $75 for alterations in the US or Canada. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered, there are maximum limits for each type listed below.

|Jackets & Blazers – Separately||$50|

You must submit an itemized receipt and alterations form in order to be reimbursed. Be sure to let us know if you’ll be getting alterations made within 7 days of when you receive your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your reimbursement will be credited to your original method of payment used to purchase your order.

We’re sorry you no longer want a custom made suit. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds since all of our garments are made to order specifically to your body measurements and built to your style customizations, no one else’s.
