Fraternity Suits is a made to measure suiting experience. We make your suit just for you, based on your unique body measurements, choice of fabric and style customizations. EVERY Fraternity Suits purchase is backed by our FIT GUARANTEE, if your suit doesn’t fit let us know and we will make it right. Sometimes things don’t go as expected, we’re here to make sure they do. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

RETURN POLICY
- Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds since all of our garments are made to order. Especially since your body measurements and style customizations are unique to you, no one else. Once fabric has been cut to your body dimensions we can’t re-use the fabric to make another suit. If you have any issues with the fit, quality or construction of your garments we want to hear from you so that we can help get you the perfect suit. Contact our customer service team.
- If there are any issues with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for store credit in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- If you have any issues with the fit, quality or fabrication of your garments, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Failure to reach out within 7 days of receiving your order will void all alteration, return, and refund credit requests.
- Returns are at the sole discretion of FRATERNITY SUITS, a website owned & operated by Victoria Park Imports, L.L.C., and will be reimbursed in the form of a FRATERNITY SUITS store credit.
- FRATERNITY SUITS will only accept returns for items that are in good and unworn condition.
- FRATERNITY SUITS has the right to deny any alteration, refund, return or reimbursement credits for any item that is believed to have been previously worn or damaged.
- FRATERNITY SUITS will not authorize returns or refunds for any items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
- Any items returned to FRATERNITY SUITS that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be returned to the customer without any reimbursement.
